Bath: Bath Jellies (Fun soaps for kids!)

Cute Bath Soap Jellies
These Soap Jellies are all the craze right now! They are beautiful and jiggly! ….and super fun for kids. They are also pretty easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cup clear Bath gel / Bath wash
5 Tbsp of unflavoured Gellatine*
*(Use Agar Agar if animal products are an issue)
1 cup cold water
1 Tbsp Glycerine
Essential Oils
Fragrance Oils
Cosmetic Glitter (Optional)
Molds
Method:
Place the Gelatine in a heat safe bowl. Pour the water over it.
Leave the Gelatine mixture aside for 10 minutes. It will turn spongy. This is called “Bloom”. Once the Gelatine has bloomed, warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds until it becomes a runny liquid. You may need 2 x 30 second bursts.
Once the Gelatine is warm and in a liquid state, add the soap gel and Glycerine. Mix well.
Add the colours, scents and essential oils of your choice. Mix well.
Pour into shallow silicon molds. Leave to set overnight.
Once the Jelly Soaps have set, de-mold and enjoy! Use like a normal soap.
*The jelly soaps will melt in very warm weather. Store in cello bags.
To use: Use just like you would a normal soap.
