Keto recipes: Keto Chocolate bars

Chocolate is one thing I can’t live without! I am not a fan of diets as I feel there are not enough good things for me to eat and I know I would soon lose interest. But when I found that on Keto, I could still have all my favourite foods and make the Keto lifestyle work for me, I was more than ready to take up the challenge. My biggest challenge on Keto so far has been to learn to prepare all my favourite foods with new ingredients, cutting out the sugar and carbs. I think I am winning!
Ingredients (Makes 20-22 pieces, depending on your mold)
Coconut Oil – 250g
Cacao – 80g
Dark Chocolate chips – 75g
Vanilla Protein powder – 20g
Erythritol sweetener – 20g
You will also need a silicon chocolate mold.
Method
In an oven-proof bowl, melt the coconut oil and chocolate chips.
Add the Erythritol and mix well. Add in the Cacao and mix until smooth. Stir in the protein powder. Thoroughly mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into the silicon mold. Allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour. De-mold and indulge!
